katrina-jonesKatrina provides deep-dive market and competitive assessments to clients across a wide spectrum of federal market segments.  Her goal is to drive primary and secondary research results into needle-moving strategic insights and actionable plans.  In January 2015, Katrina was a founding partner of Aerospace Analytics, LLC, which was acquired by Richter & Company in August 2016.

For 14 years prior she led the market analysis organization at Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems (AS) sector, managing an analytical staff providing strategic market and competitive assessments directly to the sector president, business area and functional executive leadership, as well as individual programs, and Corporate. She and her staff prepared strategic analyses with direct influential roles in winning new business as well as development of new sector strategies such as: new and adjacent market /mission entry, mission analysis, market disruption, competitor counter-strategy, business strategy and mergers and acquisitions.  She had the opportunity to provide critical competitive and market intelligence to some of the most important major acquisition programs in recent history, including the KC-135 tanker recapitalization, the next generation bomber, and a variety of high profile unmanned systems captures.

Katrina holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, an MA in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a BA in Political Science from CSU Fresno.
