Executive Consultant, Capture Management Bob Miller brings 25+ years of success and experience in logistics operations, business development, and management to Richter & Company. His logistics experience includes operations management at all levels around the world, as well as policy and force integration design. He possesses in-depth experience in the full range of business development roles. Bob’s previous work at Northrop Grumman focused on collaboration systems, modeling and simulation with responsibility for business development, program management, and internal research and development activities. Prior to his 2003 retirement from the U.S. Army, he managed logistics organizations from Presidential Staff, Department of the Army, down to tactical commands, and performed over 100 investigations for the United States Army Inspector General. He also served as a lead research analyst for a Presidential commission preparing Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) recommendations. Bob received a B.S from Vanderbilt University, and M.S. from Troy State University. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, and has completed a wide variety of professional coursework including DoD Inspector General, Statistical Analysis and Root Cause Analysis training. He is a Shipley Associates-certified professional, and is an active member of SCIP and APMP.
