    Price To Win Analyst

    Responsibilities: Price To Win Analysts assess how competitors will offer bids in response to solicitation requirements, and present – and defend- their assessment to clients. They work in a team with Competitive Analysts and Research Analysts to identify likely competitor solutions to RFP requirements, determine at a detailed level the cost of these solutions, and document the strategies that will be used to offer these solutions to the customer. While development of models is an integral part of their responsibility, Price To Win Analysts are not introverted “spreadsheet jockeys”; first and foremost, they are analysts who develop and present defensible assessments of competitor strategies and solutions.

    Qualifications: Costing and/or pricing background, with strong technical, analytical and presentation skills, ability to multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong negotiation skills. Candidates must be detail oriented, self directed, organized and efficient at time management. Experience with U.S. Federal programs is required; experience in other markets (commercial, state, and local, and foreign) is a definite plus. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications is required.

    Competitive Analyst

    Responsibilities: Competitive Analysts assess competitor capabilities against end-customer requirements to determine how likely solutions will be perceived. They work with Research Analysts to characterize the end-customer in terms of requirements, funding, people and processes, and competitors in terms of capabilities, experience, and strategies. Competitive Analysts also work with Price To Win Analysts to define likely competitor solutions and strategies to RFP requirements. Specific responsibilities include collecting, thoroughly analyzing, and disseminating competitive intelligences. Candidates will be able to conduct and manager competitive analyses projects and produce – present and defend competitive results.

    Qualifications: Research and analysis background, with strong technical and analytical skills, ability to multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and project management experiences. Candidates must have experience in the Federal government marketplace, be a strong team player, and must have demonstrated interpersonal networking skills. Experience in other markets (commercial, state, and local and foreign) is a definite plus. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications is required.
