Performing Effective Black Hat Reviews
New dates coming soon: April 3
Black hat reviews are a cost-effective way to assess your competitors when efficiently and effectively performed. Black Hat Reviews should not be done without vested interest in seeing the team succeed or without an opportunity for the capture team to gain buy-in for its own assessment and resulting strategies and solutions.
Attendees
Performing Effective Black Hat Reviews is designed for anyone who develops capture strategies and solutions: capture managers, members of the capture team, business development and CI professionals. Attending this class will help you facilitate effective black hat reviews, and make the most of the focused discussion so that your team is able to offer independent recommendations to your capture team to mitigate competitor strengths and exploit competitors’ weaknesses.
